The Blood Star Gallery overlooks the sea on South Pender Island's rocky southern tip. Named for Susan’s favourite intertidal creature (Frank's is the shore crab but he lost), the Gallery shows Susan Taylor's detailed ink and watercolour drawings of marine and island life and Frank Ducote's whimsical folk art and eclectic acrylics and watercolours. Open most days from April to November, 11am-4pm. Other times by appointment. |
